We HATE living in Walden Woods South!

Walden Woods South recently sold a home to a single 50-something woman who after she moved in announced that she's a practicing WITCH. She's complete with a flowing cape and walks around wearing near-white face paint and jet black lipstick! An Ohio newspaper* reports the year before she arrived here her daughter's drug dealer boyfriend shot the witch's husband to death right in her home. One (presumably) neighbor commented how odd it was that the witch was in the house with 2 males who were shot yet she wasn't even touched, and another said it was a crack-house.

Blondie!

An elderly woman (currently a part-time resident) recently bought a house and her 54-year old unmarried daughter lives with her. The problem is that the daughter doesn't look like the other retiree females here: She's slim, blonde, has a pierced navel and wears a bikini around the pool catching the eye of some husbands so she's been nicknamed something I don 't care to repeat here. And Walden Woods made it worse by hiring her to film a so-called 'testimonial' for. They instructed her to wear her bikini then filmed it poolside with the men staring and their wives steaming. It's not a real 'testimonial', it's a paid commercial. Look for this latest CRF attempt to get into your wallet to show up on You Tube.

And new residents are learning fast about how Walden Woods operates. Said one very recent homebuyer: "They rush you to sign the contract and hand over your check before you have time to find out they're (CRF) bankrupt!"

If you live in any typical city your neighbors probably already include Arabs, Moslems, Jews, uber-macho lesbians, cheating spouses, drunks and gamblers so you'll like Walden Woods South because it has all of that, in addition to a high mortality rate (including a gory suicide on 9/28/11). But instead of being a friendly, close-knit community, the population has split into more angry cliques who don't speak to each other (and even refuse to sit next to each other at social events) than a junior high school group of meanies on steroids. Residents now regret having moved here.

Yikes! What a Homeowners Association!

A Homeowners Association (HOA) is supposed to be advocates for the residents and do battle with management whenever necessary. Our HOA thus far has been a toothless, timid lapdog for management, rolling over whenever CRF asks them to. They've been unable to get CRF to yield on any number of matters and has even been CRF advocates, taking management's side against the residents. If you live here and want change for the better you'll best to battle with CRF on your own. That's why not all residents even bother belonging to it. And at the HOA meeting just prior to this posting, there was such acromony that the president threatened to abruptly resign along with nearly the entire Social Committee. And during (and even after) the meeting some persons who attended were actually assailed for merely speaking their minds at the meeting and told they should keep their mouths shut at all future meetings. And the latest word is that certain residents were being singled out and are having their status 'reviewed', like live-in common-law spouses and two women living together as "sisters", one of whom is actually being used by CRF as a telemarketer to lure seniors like you to this place and separate you from your money.
